You’ve decided to sell your land…now what?

I wanted to pass along a few comments for the day regarding what to do when you decide to sell your land.  So, I put together a few thoughts in a video while I was in the woods inspecting and taking photos of a new listing in Blount County.  The three thoughts are very simple; however, the implementation of each can be more challenging.  More on that to come in future posts.
